That’s what I love about it, is that I actually learned some new stuff and really had a great time with it

It’s completely insane! They’re pretty gnarly with all the puking

They do cover HG Lewis in the first one, I like something of his stuff but I don’t feel they’re tried viewings unlike Shock Waves, which is my favorite they cover.

It’s a great trilogy, between the talent of Jason Impey and Wade Radford is top notch Got love those cats when they get to fighting 😂

It was a ton of fun and I really dig the film and overall experience.

The Terrifier is by far one of the best killer clown movies we’ve gotten

I just saw Arrow is going to do a box set with both Nekromantik film, Der Todesking and Schramm

It’s a strange little movie. I laugh way too much during this one. Still blows my mind it was ever banned

@@TheMbrown80 the BBFC banned some very strange films during the Nasty panic. Films that have since been re-certified 15 and in some cases 12 (MADHOUSE/ MANSION OF THE DOOMED and FUNHOUSE to name a few) crazy times.

@@philhomer8536 it really was crazy times. I’m happy we’re not in that era of censorship but I do miss the great films coming out like we did back then

@@TheMbrown80 i just used to love going the video shop and just seeing all those amazing covers for all these crazily titled films and begging my mom to rent them for me. Happy days.

I love those days as well. I used to work in a video store that carried 22,000 titles aging from silent to modern film.

The trilogy of so much fun! It totally blew my mind when I saw it all those years ago and I can’t get enough of it.

I don’t classify it as one of the Italian Cannibal films either. It’s such a fun movie! I tend to watch it quite often

@@TheMbrown80 I've always thought it strange that a great many people argue the point that this is an Italian Cannibal film. I've only ever considered just 7 films to be in the cycle. But each to their own. The fact that so many love this film is enough for me.

@philhomer8536 I think it’s the same people that argue that the infected in Nightmare City as zombies. As far as the Italian Cannibal films I think there’s 7 as well, sure there’s stuff that’s close like this one or Cut and Run

@philhomer8536 I like Cut and Run but it’s got some weird stuff with the story going on. Great acting though

It’s such a weird little flick but I enjoyed it. Fragasso always entertains me

I highly recommend the entire trilogy. They’re extremely well written and amazing acting throughout all three

It’s a masterpiece with an amazing soundtrack, story and top notch acting. One that I revisit quite often

@@TheMbrown80 i love that whole 'Post Apocalyptic ' genre. 2019 AFTER THE FALL OF NEW YORK is definitely my favourite ( love George Eastman as Big Ape😂)

@@philhomer8536 I’m a huge fan of post apocalyptic flicks as well. They can really cover a vast blend of genres with them. You can go anywhere from Mad Max to A Boy and His Dog. You can never go wrong with big George, he’s done some awesome stuff throughout his filmography

This one is a blast of goodness that only Bruno Mattei pull off everything about it is pure gold. I need to upgrade to that new 88 Films release.

And Zombie Creeping Flesh is such a cool name! One of the better alternate titles that’s been used. I also like Nightmares in a Damaged Brain, Twitch of the Death Nerve and of course I can’t go without mentioning Jaws 5 aka Cruel Jaws nd Terminator 2 aka Shocking Dark

Yeah it’s far from a good one. You have to go through a ton of garbage just to get to the big finale. I remember being excited to see it and was just bummed that it’s so lame

It’s such a great film, one of my first zombie flicks I saw as a kid. How can you outdo a zombie vs shark?

@@TheMbrown80 i was 10 in 1984 when the video nasty panic was in full flow in the UK and every newspaper, magazine and news programme constantly ran pictures of all the fantastic VHS cover art for the really notorious "nasties" and it was always ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS that caught my imagination. I've been obsessed ever since 😂

@@philhomer8536 thankfully we didn’t have censorship like that here in the states but music went through a similar thing minus people getting arrested for selling them. Cannibal Holocaust is another one I love the artwork for

@@TheMbrown80 the original HOLOCAUST artwork really sparked my imagination. The Shameless Blu-ray release over here has the original art as a reversible cover. It looks fantastic on the shelf (the Italian Cannibal cycle is a huge guilty pleasure of mine😂)

@@philhomer8536 the American releases I have both got great artwork but I don’t think either has that original. I’m a sucker for an Italian cannibal film.

He really is one of the best filmmakers out there and needs more attention to his films. I look forward to the biography about him, he truly is an intriguing person

It’s a gorgeous release with so many extras. I had to get part 2 as well. The third is bizarre and really has nothing to do with the first 2

@@TheMbrown80 i have part 3 as well (or MIND RIPPER as well in the UK had it released as) Yes very bizarre but an enjoyable film with some great special effects. ARROW always knock it out the park with their special releases. The release of THE JU ON boxset is glorious.

@philhomer8536 I wanna get that Ju On set, it’s absolutely stunning and packed to the gills with special features. Arrow is one of favorite labels.

@@TheMbrown80 it's a brilliant release Matt. BLACK GHOST/WHITE GHOST are absolutely fantastic films that I'd never heard of until I bought the set. So much lore and mythology goes into these films.

@philhomer8536 I luckily found a copy of White Ghost/Black Ghost for a cheap price about 5 years ago or so. One of my favorite blind buys

It’s quite a stunning arthouse short film. Really experimental with some heart camera work with a heartbreaking story, you can’t help but feel for Rudolph. I also recommend his film Dariuss as well, I reviewed it a couple months ago I believe.
